Creamy and refreshing avocado cilantro lime dressing. Great for dipping veggies and topping off any salad. Dairy free, paleo, whole30 friendly. Made in minutes in the blender or food processor.

Ingredients
  • 1/3 cup Whole30 approved mayo*
  • 1 large avocado
  • 1 handful cilantro (about 1/2 cup)
  • 1 large garlic clove
  • 2-4 tablespoons water thin to taste**
  • lime juice from 1 lime (a lemon will work)
  • Sea salt + pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. In a blender or food processor combine ingredients for dressing until smooth. Store in fridge for 5-7 days.
Recipe Notes

*Any preferred mayo works. Greek Yogurt would also work. **This is optional. I don't add water if I'm using as a dip, but if using as a dressing, you'll want to thin it out some.
