Healthy Protein Waffle Recipe
Made with just three healthy ingredients and crazy delicious, you're going to love this cottage cheese protein waffle recipe!
1/3cupold fashioned oats*
1/3cupegg whites from a carton
1/3cuplow-fat cottage cheese
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until batter is smooth.
Pour batter into a heated waffle iron that has been sprayed with cooking spray. I would not recommend using a natural cooking spray, as these waffles can easily stick. Cook until waffle is completely cooked. (my waffle automatically beeps when waffle is ready)
Enjoy with your favorite toppings! I love Greek yogurt, pancake syrup, pecans and fresh fruit.
*Use gluten-free oats if needed.
