1/2cupunsweetened applesauce (I used one snack pack)
Optional: Chocolate chips for topping
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray a loaf pan with cooking spray.
Mix all of the ingredients together in a blender, blend until mixture is smooth.
Pour mixture into prepared bread pan and bake for 40-50 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Let cool and slice into 8 slices. Enjoy! Store any leftovers in fridge for up to one week, or in the freezer for up to one month.
