Coconut Almond Butter
Lovely coconut infused almond butter with no artificial ingredients.
  • 2 cups raw almonds
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil melted
  • 3/4 tsp salt or desired amount (I used table salt.)
  1. Add almonds and shredded coconut to the bowl of the food processor.
  2. Process on high for a couple of minutes and stop processor to scrape down sides as needed.
  3. Continue to process. Stop after about 7 minutes to scrap down sides and add coconut oil and salt. If you don't like your nutbutter very salty, I would suggest adding 1/4 tsp at a time, processing and then tasting.
  4. Continue to process for about 5-8 minutes or until your almond butter has reached desired consistency.
