Lovely coconut infused almond butter with no artificial ingredients.
unsweetened shredded coconut
or desired amount (I used table salt.)
Add almonds and shredded coconut to the bowl of the food processor.
Process on high for a couple of minutes and stop processor to scrape down sides as needed.
Continue to process. Stop after about 7 minutes to scrap down sides and add coconut oil and salt. If you don't like your nutbutter very salty, I would suggest adding 1/4 tsp at a time, processing and then tasting.
Continue to process for about 5-8 minutes or until your almond butter has reached desired consistency.
