½cupor a 5.3 oz. container plain or vanilla Greek yogurt

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. and spray a mini muffin baking pan with cooking spray.
Combine package contents and all other ingredients in a mixing bowl and hand stir until smooth.
Spoon batter into mini muffin cups, filling each one less than ½ full.
Bake for 20 minutes. Unless you have two muffin pans, you’ll have to do this in two batches for 21 mini brownie cups.
Immediately after removing brownies from the oven press a second muffin pan, a large spoon, ice cream scoop or simply use your thumbs to press the tops of brownies to form a cup-like brownie. (I found that using my fingers and thumbs worked best. It’s hot, but doable.)
Allow brownie cups to cool about 5 minutes and then fill them with your favorite filling options. Enjoy!
