This ProHydrate Raspberry Lemon Smoothie comes complete with a sweet-tart refreshing flavor, creamy-dreamy texture and a huge kick of protein!
Ingredients
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 3/4 cup ProHydrate
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth- ENJOY!
Recipe Notes

Add a couple handfuls of fresh baby spinach or kale for an extra nutritional kick!
