Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup plain fat-free Greek yogurt
  • 2 large ripe avocados peeled and seeded
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro
  • ½-1 jalapeño pepper I used a whole jalapeño with seeds and my dip had a little kick to it!
  • 1 packet Hidden Valley® Greek Yogurt Dips Mix
  • Chips crackers, cut up veggies-for serving

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Mix until smooth. It may help to pulse the food processor a few times to fully cream avocado.
  • Transfer dip into a serving bowl and serve with chips, crackers or cut up veggies.

Notes

This is best made right before serving as it will turn brown as it sits in the fridge.
