Ingredients

  • 2 Bumble Bee® Prime Fillet® Albacore Tuna with Jalapeños & Olive Oil (or other Bumble Bee® tuna variety), drained well 5 oz cans
  • 1/2 cup diced fresh pineapple
  • 1/2 cup diced and peeled mango
  • 1/2 cup diced avocado
  • 1/2 cup diced red onion
  • 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt + 2 tablespoons mayo for extra flavor and creaminess optional

Instructions

  • Combine all prepared ingredients and stir together.
  • Serve on a bed of greens, on whole grain sandwich bread, in a pita, on crackers, in a leafy green wrap or tortilla wrap. Enjoy!
