Rock your patriotism with Red, White and Blueberry Parfaits! A fabulous healthy summer treat- perfect for celebrating America!

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup graham cookies from box of Horizon Honey Snack Grahams crushed
  • 4 5.3 ounce containers yogurt (I used Yulu vanilla bean yogurt- LOVE)
  • 1/2 lb. organic strawberries diced
  • 3 ounces organic blueberries
  • You will also need 4 9 ounce- sized, clear plastic cups.

Instructions

  • Place 3/4 cup graham cookies in a large plastic baggie. Use the back of a measuring cup to smash the cookies into crumbs (great kid activity). Set cookie crumbs aside and dice strawberries.
  • Begin layering ingredients in cups any way that you please. I started with a couple tablespoons yogurt, then 1 tablespoon cookie crumbs, next fruit. Continue layering until all ingredients have been used or until you have parfaits of desired size.
  • Store in fridge until you are ready to enjoy!
