Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons raw honey or maple syrup
  • 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/8 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 packet Stevia

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a small bowl or jar and whisk vigorously until well blended.
  • Alternatively, add all ingredients to a jar with a tight-fitting lid and shake vigorously until all ingredients are well blended.

Notes

Store in a jar in the fridge so you can easily shake to combine before each use.
