Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl or jar and whisk vigorously until well blended.
Alternatively, add all ingredients to a jar with a tight-fitting lid and shake vigorously until all ingredients are well blended.
Notes
Store in a jar in the fridge so you can easily shake to combine before each use.
