Ingredients

  • 6 hard-boiled eggs chopped and mashed
  • 1/3 cup Greek yogurt + 1-2 tablespoons more for a creamier salad
  • 1-2 tablespoons dill relish with some juice
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoon chives
  • For serving- wheat bread and arugula

Instructions

  • Stir together all ingredients in medium bowl and serve on wheat bread with arugula.
  • Alternatively, try serving with crackers, wrap-style or in cabbage or lettuce wraps. Enjoy!
