hard-boiled eggs
chopped and mashed

Greek yogurt + 1-2 tablespoons more for a creamier salad

dill relish with some juice

teaspoon
dijon mustard

chives
For serving- wheat bread and arugula
Instructions
Stir together all ingredients in medium bowl and serve on wheat bread with arugula.
Alternatively, try serving with crackers, wrap-style or in cabbage or lettuce wraps. Enjoy!
