1lb.raw chicken breastcut into small chunks (about 1/4 to 1/2 inches)
1/2-1cupfrozen green peas
3cupscooked wild rice
Instructions
In a large skillet, add chicken chunks and sear for about 1 1/2 minutes on each side. Add ImagineĀ® Thai Coconut Curry Simmer Sauce and peas to the skillet. Simmer on low until chicken is cooked through and sauce is warm, just bubbling.
Serve Thai Coconut Curry Chicken over wild rice and enjoy!
