Ingredients

  • 1 10 oz. pkg. ImagineĀ® Thai Coconut Curry Simmer Sauce pouch
  • 1 lb. raw chicken breast cut into small chunks (about 1/4 to 1/2 inches)
  • 1/2-1 cup frozen green peas
  • 3 cups cooked wild rice

Instructions

  • In a large skillet, add chicken chunks and sear for about 1 1/2 minutes on each side. Add ImagineĀ® Thai Coconut Curry Simmer Sauce and peas to the skillet. Simmer on low until chicken is cooked through and sauce is warm, just bubbling.
  • Serve Thai Coconut Curry Chicken over wild rice and enjoy!
