Easy, better than coffee shop, do-it-yourself cold-brew coffee. Smooth, sweet and delicious!
dark roast ground coffee
whatever water you typically drink
Optional add-ins: milk
almond milk, half-n-half, creamer, sugar, Stevia, flavored syrup
Tools needed: 2 large jugs
jars or bowls that can be sealed, cheesecloth or a nut-milk bag
Combine coffee and water in a large sealable container. Place in the fridge for at least 12 hours.
Once the 12 hours is up, strain coffee using a cheesecloth or nut-milk bag and a separate large sealable container.
Pour cold-brew over ice with desired add-ins. I make my favorite cold-brew using ice, 1 cup coffee and about 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk with three Stevia packets and sometimes with a splash of flavored creamer.
Store sealed in the fridge for about a month.
