Combine coffee and water in a large sealable container. Place in the fridge for at least 12 hours.
Once the 12 hours is up, strain coffee using a cheesecloth or nut-milk bag and a separate large sealable container.
Pour cold-brew over ice with desired add-ins. I make my favorite cold-brew using ice, 1 cup coffee and about 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk with three Stevia packets and sometimes with a splash of flavored creamer.
