Equipment

  • 2 large jugs
  • Cheesecloth or a nut milk bag

Ingredients

  • 1 cup dark roast ground coffee
  • 5 cups filtered water whatever water you typically drink
  • Optional add-ins: milk, almond milk, half-n-half, creamer, sugar, Stevia, flavored syrup

Instructions

  • Combine coffee and water in a large sealable container. Place in the fridge for at least 12 hours.
  • Once the 12 hours is up, strain coffee using a cheesecloth or nut-milk bag and a separate large sealable container.
  • Pour cold-brew over ice with desired add-ins. I make my favorite cold-brew using ice, 1 cup coffee and about 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk with three Stevia packets and sometimes with a splash of flavored creamer.
  • Store sealed in the fridge for about a month.
