Servings:5 cups
Easy Cold-Brew Coffee
Prep Time:
12 hrs
Total Time:
12 hrs 5 mins
Easy, better than coffee shop, do-it-yourself cold-brew coffee. Smooth, sweet and delicious!
  • 1 cup dark roast ground coffee
  • 5 cups filtered water whatever water you typically drink
  • Optional add-ins: milk almond milk, half-n-half, creamer, sugar, Stevia, flavored syrup
  • Tools needed: 2 large jugs jars or bowls that can be sealed, cheesecloth or a nut-milk bag
  1. Combine coffee and water in a large sealable container. Place in the fridge for at least 12 hours.
  2. Once the 12 hours is up, strain coffee using a cheesecloth or nut-milk bag and a separate large sealable container.
  3. Pour cold-brew over ice with desired add-ins. I make my favorite cold-brew using ice, 1 cup coffee and about 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk with three Stevia packets and sometimes with a splash of flavored creamer.
  4. Store sealed in the fridge for about a month.
