rolled oats
gluten-free, if needed

corn Chex cereal
slightly smashed (any cereal works, pretzels would be good too)
1/4
cup
ground flax
3/4
cup
almond butter
any nut or seed butter will work
1/2
cup
honey

m&ms
or desired amount
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. and prepare an 8x8 inch baking pan with a natural cooking spray.
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Transfer mixture to baking pan. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees F.
Notes
These bars are easier to cut if you let them cool completely first.
