Ingredients

  • 2.5 cups rolled oats gluten-free, if needed
  • 3/4 cup corn Chex cereal slightly smashed (any cereal works, pretzels would be good too)
  • 1/4 cup ground flax
  • 3/4 cup almond butter any nut or seed butter will work
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup m&ms or desired amount

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. and prepare an 8x8 inch baking pan with a natural cooking spray.
  • Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Transfer mixture to baking pan. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees F.

Notes

These bars are easier to cut if you let them cool completely first.
