Ingredients

  • 1 box of preferred Van's waffle variety
  • 1 tub of light cream cheese
  • 1 package of smoked salmon
  • 1 small jar capers

Instructions

  • Toast waffles and spread about 1 tablespoon cream cheese over each waffle.
  • Top with about 2-4 ounces smoked salmon and about 1 tablespoon drained capers. Enjoy!

Notes

*Specific ingredient amounts will vary. If preparing for a crowd, I would recommend the whole box of waffles and full containers of the listed ingredients. However, 1 waffle with about 1 tablespoon cream cheese, 2-4 ounces smoked salmon and about 1 tablespoon drained capers will serve 1.
