Pizza night is my favorite night, especially with my new Beet Hummus Naan Pizza recipe! Pizza is the best and I absolutely adore hummus, so it’s only natural to join the two for a tasty dinner.

2 naan breads 1 cup beet hummus or other favorite hummus 1/2 large zucchini thinly sliced 4 radishes thinly sliced 1/3 cup arugula leaves Optional: spiralized radishes for topping
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
If desired cook zucchini and radish slices in a large skillet over medium heat with about 1/2 tablespoon olive oil.
Top naan breads with hummus, arugula leaves, zucchini and radishes.
Bake breads for about 10 minutes. Enjoy!
