Pizza night is my favorite night, especially with my new Beet Hummus Naan Pizza recipe! Pizza is the best and I absolutely adore hummus, so it’s only natural to join the two for a tasty dinner.

Ingredients

  • 2 naan breads
  • 1 cup beet hummus or other favorite hummus
  • 1/2 large zucchini thinly sliced
  • 4 radishes thinly sliced
  • 1/3 cup arugula leaves
  • Optional: spiralized radishes for topping

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • If desired cook zucchini and radish slices in a large skillet over medium heat with about 1/2 tablespoon olive oil.
  • Top naan breads with hummus, arugula leaves, zucchini and radishes.
  • Bake breads for about 10 minutes. Enjoy!

Notes

*Feel free to add shredded mozzarella and/or shredded chicken, in addition to other favorite veggies.
