Ingredients

  • 1 frozen waffle gluten free as needed
  • 1-2 tablespoons nut/seed butter yogurt or mashed avocado
  • 1/8-1/4 DOLE Jarred Fruit
  • 1-2 teaspoons seeds or shredded coconut

Instructions

  • Toast waffle, spread on anything from peanut butter to cream cheese. Top waffle with DOLE Jarred Fruit pieces and sprinkle with chia seeds, shredded coconut or other topping.
