Lots of yummy flavor in this Gluten-Free Taco Pizza! All of your favorite taco ingredients combine atop a gluten-free pizza crust for an amazing dinner!
15ozrefried beans (you more than likely will not use the whole can)
1cupchopped green leafy lettuce
1-2ripe tomatoeschopped
1/2cupMexican or Southwest-style corn
Toppings as desired*
Instructions
Cook crust according to package instructions. Spread refried beans over crust and top with ingredients.
Bake at about 350 degrees F. for 10 mins or according to crust instructions. Enjoy!
