Ingredients

  • 15 oz chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1/4 cup peanut flour*
  • 4 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt**
  • 3-5 crushed OREO cookies

Instructions

  • Combine all the ingredients except the OREO cookies in a blender or food processor.
  • Blend or puree the ingredients until everything is smooth and combined.
  • Fold in crushed OREO cookies. Add additional OREO cookie crumble to the top of the dip and serve with fresh fruit and additional OREO cookies for dunking.

Notes

Add the crushed cookies on top just before serving so they stay crunchy for the perfect contrast.
