Ingredients

Wraps:

  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 red or orange bell pepper diced
  • 2 cups cubed or shredded cooked chicken breast rotisserie chicken works
  • 3 green onions chopped
  • 1 cup halved and thinly sliced red onions
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Vay Veri Veri Teriyaki Marinade + more to taste
  • 1 heart of romaine lettuce or 1 head Boston bibb lettuce

Garnish:

  • 2-4 tablespoons chopped peanuts
  • slivered purple cabbage and/or carrots
  • red pepper flakes
  • sesame seeds

Instructions

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add diced bell pepper and cook for 2 minutes, or until tender. Add chicken and green onions and continue to cook for 2 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and stir in red onions and Soy Vay Veri Veri Teriyaki Marinade.
  • To serve, spoon about 1/4 cup of the filling into a lettuce leaf. Add garnish and enjoy!
