Ingredients

  • 4 slices of your favorite bread gluten-free as desired
  • 2-3 tablespoons Bonne Maman Wild Blueberry Preserve
  • 3 oz. spreadable goat cheese or brie or 2 slice of another favorite cheese
  • Softened butter to spread on bread

Instructions

  • Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
  • Evenly place slices of cheese on unbuttered side of two slices of the bread. Spread preserves evenly on the bread slices. Top with remaining slice of buttered bread.
  • Heat a skillet over medium high heat. Place sandwich, butter side down, in pan. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until lightly toasted and cheese melts. Remove from pan and cut sandwich in half, if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

Use any flavor of jam here and your favorite strong cheese.
