  • Stir oats, Vital Proteins and milk together in medium microwave safe bowl. Microwave for approximately 90 seconds, or until oats are softened and have absorbed most of the milk.
  • Add cinnamon, salt and sweetener. Stir to combine.
  • Top with pecans and enjoy!
