unsweetened almond or cashew milk

vanilla protein powder

ripe frozen banana

tablespoons
100% pure pumpkin puree not pumpkin pie mix

pumpkin pie spice

teaspoon
ground nutmeg (optional)

ice cubes
Toppings: nuts, chia seeds, pomegranate seeds and any other favorites
Instructions
Add all ingredients (except toppings) to blender and blend until smooth.
Transfer to bowl and add your favorite toppings. Enjoy immediately!
