cans chickpeas, rinsed and drained
1/3

water

apple cider vinegar
2 1/2
tablespoons
oil OR more water

tablespoon
onion powder

teaspoons
dried dill

garlic powder

teaspoon
salt,
or more to taste (I like 1 1/4 teaspoons)
optional 1/4 cup nutritional yeast for a cheesy flavor
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a high-quality blender or food processor and process until completely smooth.
Store leftovers covered in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
Notes
I garnished my hummus with finely chopped parsley, extra olive oil, red pepper flakes, and everything bagel seasoning.
