A great appetizer or wholesome snack. Loaded with goodies, like hummus, pesto, feta, olives and sun-dried tomatoes.
Spread a layer of hummus over a 12-inch serving platter.
Sprinkle over the cucumber, olives, sun-dried tomatoes and feta
Serve with pita chips, raw veggies and/or crackers. And enjoy with a glass of Butter Chardonnay or JaM Cabernet.
Don't be too concerned about measuring out cucumber, olives sun-dried tomatoes and feta. Just evenly distribute over pesto layer.
I used sun-dried tomatoes that were packed in oil.
