Simple to make, packed with fresh ingredients and the perfect light vegetarian meal. Ready in less than 5 minutes!

  • 4 large wraps of choice
  • 1 12 oz. package Eat Smart Sweet Kale Vegetable Salad Kit
  1. Prepare salad following the instructions on the package.
  2. The salad makes 4 large wraps. Place 1/4 of the salad in the middle of a large tortilla or wrap. Roll like a burrito, folding in the end. Cut in half, serve and enjoy.
  3. You can add a protein of your choice or cheese to the salad, but it's delicious and filling enough as is.
