Ingredients

  • 4 large wraps of choice
  • 1 12 oz. package Eat Smart Sweet Kale Vegetable Salad Kit

Instructions

  • Prepare salad following the instructions on the package.
  • The salad makes 4 large wraps. Place 1/4 of the salad in the middle of a large tortilla or wrap. Roll like a burrito, folding in the end. Cut in half, serve and enjoy.
  • You can add a protein of your choice or cheese to the salad, but it's delicious and filling enough as is.
