1/2heaping cupfreeze dried raspberriesstrawberries work too
1 1/4cupcocoa crispies cerealgluten-free, as needed
2/3cupvanilla protein powder
1/3cupno stir nut butter of choice
1/3cuphoney or maple syrup
1teaspoonvanilla
optional cocoa powder, powdered sugar, or more raspberry powder for dusting
For the Chambord Spritz:
1 1/2oz.Chambord Liqueur
4oz.dry white wine
Soda water
Instructions
Use a blender or food processor to grind up freeze dried raspberries and transfer into a mixing bowl.
To the ground raspberries, add protein powder (or coconut flour), crisp cereal, nut butter, honey and vanilla. Stir ingredients all together.
Use slightly damp hands to roll into 1-1.5 inch balls and place on a plate. Dust with additional raspberry powder from the freeze dried raspberries, cocoa powder or powdered sugar, if desired.
Let bites freeze for 20-30 minutes then transfer into a baggie.
Keep in fridge or freezer for up to 6 weeks.
For the Chambord Spritz:
Take a large wine glass and fill it up with ice. Add Chambord, white wine and soda water.

Not a fan of chocolate? Use plain crisp rice cereal.
