FAN FAVORITES – THE MUST MAKE RECIPES FROM KIM’S CRAVINGS
This is a family and fan favorite! We’ve already made a batch this summer and with the tomatoes getting ripe in the garden, there will be much more to come.
“I made this Salsa for a family BBQ, it was gone by the end of the day and I received many compliments. I just made my second batch to serve to company tomorrow night! Great easy recipe!!!” – Debra
I love that these muffins are super moist, protein-packed, with no oil or butter. My picky kiddos even gobble these up!
“I have made these delicious muffins several times and now the kids argue over “who ate all the muffins!” Kim, these are a hit with the entire family and now I have shared the recipe with my co-workers. Thank you!” – Lisa
These are my go-to pancake recipe. They come together in about 5 minutes and are full of nutritious goodness! You’ll love them because they’re gluten-free, dairy-free and free of refined sugars. Your kiddos will gobble them up because they’re as tasty as can be!
“Thanks so much for this recipe. It’s the first truly healthy pancake recipe I’ve seen around that actually functions like a pancake. My preschooler devoured them and I liked it as well. So incredibly easy to make too. Love it! Adding it to my breakfast rotation.” – Kat
This one is a family favorite in our regular dinner rotation! Sometimes I even like to double the recipe for leftovers through the week.
“Excellent. I have made this several times and it is amazing with or without cheese. I use butternut squash instead of sweet potato (a diet thing) and a lot of fresh cilantro. Next I am going to try it with the tortillas on the side as they get soggy. The cinnamon in this is alluring. Making a double batch for company works really well! Thanks for a great and very easy recipe.” – Claire
I love whipping this up when I have a major cake craving. My kids love this so much, and it’s really healthy enough, they eat it for breakfast sometimes.
“Hands down the best mug cake I’ve ever made/tasted. Amazing! Thank you 🙂” – Jessie
These are such an easy, tasty lunch! I often make a large batch of the filling on Sunday to enjoy through the week as burritos or even burrito bowls.
“I love this recipe! I use a Seeds of Change quinoa/brown rice combo pack and I think it’s a little bit more than 1 cup, but it works perfectly. I’ve made this twice and it was super delicious both as an actual burrito and as a burrito bowl (which I just finished eating and man, it was so good). It’s easy and quick and left me feeling so content and nourished. Thanks!” – Bethany
Such a great lunch dish and a much healthier alternative to your favorite classic tuna salad recipe!
“Excellent recipe. Did not miss the mayo at all. We added our usual tuna toppings on each wrap, lettuce, tomato, spicy peppers and hot mustard, and one sandwich easily filled us up. Thank you!” – Laura
So comforting and delicious! My family loves the flavors in this one and we don’t even miss the meat!
“This chili is wonderful. This is my go to chili recipe since I stopped eating meat. Even my meat loving family enjoys it. Thanks for sharing your Goodness. Yum❤️❤️” – Michelle
These healthy waffles are a weekend staple in my house. They’re light, crispy-on-the-outside, fluffy-on-the-inside, delicious waffles.
“This is an excellent recipe and has become my ‘go to’. You feel satiated after eating but not yucky full. The banana helps give some nutritional base so you’re not hungry in a half hour after just eating carbs. I’ve subbed a plantain for the banana and and added cardamom & it’s been great. I’ve also used a mix of other flours instead of the oat and it’s been excellent (blue corn, sorghum, millet) as well. The recipe is great as is and is also able to be successfully tinkered with.” – Jen
When one of my kiddos comes down with something, I always get this cooking up! It’s loaded with good-for-you ingredients and full of flavor and comfort.
“Your version of this chicken noodle soup is delicious and is now my go-to recipe! My kids loooove it — we eat about once a week during the fall/winter. So quick and easy using a rotisserie chicken. The lemon gives it something special!” – Michelle
