10. Banana Oat Blender Pancakes
I love these pancakes!!! I’ve been making them for a few months now, and my picky toddler LOVES them too! I made them today, and didn’t have eggs so I used 2 tbsp of chia seeds mixed with 2/3 cup of water, as a replacement and the pancakes turned out really great!! And they were a good vegan option 🙂 they were a bit thicker than when I use eggs so I just add some more almond milk and whala!
Thanks so much for the great recipe! ~ Kimberly
Just made 7 dozen of these and they are amazing!!! I was worried about the sweetness of the white chocolate which I don’t like, but WOW not overly sweet at all!! So yummy. I did have the dough in the fridge for a while as mom came over to make gingerbread, so it was easy to use a scoop with. Love them and they are going in my recipe book!!! Thank you so much!!! 💗 ~ Cherry
8. Gluten Free Banana Oat Waffles
Hi Kim,
Thank you so much for the delicious and healthy recipes. I have been making these Oatmeal Banana Waffles for a year now and I never tired of them. The aroma alone is pure heaven and the taste is unbelievable! I am from Louisiana and breakfast is mainly grits, eggs and sausage or or bacon! These are a permanent weekly or twice weekly breakfast for my family. My grandkids adore them! My four year old granddaughter asked for some for her birthday 😍! I Love these soooo much! Thank again Kim! ~ Wanda
7. Sweet Potato Black Bean Casserole
I made this tonight for dinner. So easy! So yummy! Thanks for having the nutritional data posted. I froze the leftovers, so I’ll report back to let folks know if it freezes well. I plan to add your site to my reading list. Peace! ~ Karen
I love lasagna and this recipe totally hit the spot. I love that it’s low in fat and calories, but definitely doesn’t taste healthier. So good! Thanks for sharing 🙂 ~ Traci
This was perfect! I had a some cod to make and came across this recipe, everyone loved it! ~ Noelle
This was delicious especially with the cookies. Most banana puddings I’ve had use Nilla wafers and for me they seem too sweet especially when you get a few wafers in a spoonful it’s like a sugar bomb. These cookies aren’t as sweet and help balance out the flavors. ~ Bee
I made this Salsa for a family BBQ, it was gone by the end of the day and I received many compliments. I just made my second batch to serve to company tomorrow night! Great easy recipe!!! ~ Debra
2. Cinnamon Roll Microwave Mug Cake
Googled for a homemade mug cake recipe after making my first mug cake using the packaged stuff that came in a mug as a gift. I had my kids (four in all) make their own with some assistance and everyone had a ‘thumbs up’ response(the husband included :o). It was a great treat for the kids to bake their own cake. ~ Amarielle
1. Banana Chocolate Chip Protein Power Cakes
Just made these! And they look JUST like the picture! I added a scoop of vanilla protein powder to add more protein in it and they came out AMAZING!! These are delicious! Thank you for the recipe!! ~ Sami

All of these Recipes look amazing! I definitely can see why they made the top list! YUM!
Oh my, I can see why these are favorites! They all look so good, I don’t even know where to begin! Probably with those pancakes!
I’ve made the lasagna and salsa too many times to count. Both are always a hit! Can’t wait to start working my way through the other winners.
What an amazing collection of recipes, I can see why they were so popular!
Great list but I’m all about those banana recipes today. I tend to make banana bread with ripe bananas but those mini banana cakes are calling my name.
I’m loving every single one of your recipe in this list. I think I’ll start with the banana pudding!
