ProHydrate Raspberry Lemon Smoothie
Looking for a new Summer smoothie? ProHydrate Raspberry Lemon Smoothie is right on the money! This smoothie comes complete with a sweet-tart refreshing flavor, creamy-dreamy texture and a huge kick of protein!
I had never thought to combine raspberry and lemon in my smoothie until receiving an About Time ProHydrate water in the raspberry lemon flavor. I have to say it’s a pretty brilliant fruit combo and so fabulous for summer!
ProHydrate is About Time’s newest thirst quenching protein packed product! ProHydrate contains a whooping 20 grams of protein with only 95 calories, 3 grams of carbs and six ingredients.
- No artificial colors or ingredients
- Gluten Free
- Sweetened with Stevia
- Made with Whey Protein Isolate
ProHydrate is fantastic post-workout, but also great anytime you need a pick-me-up or small snack. It’s definitely my new smoothie mix-in go-to! I love that it works so well as the liquid rather than having to use water or almond milk and then there’s the added protein. Bam- fresh, fruity, ready to go protein!

Raspberry lemon smoothie sounds delicious, but recipe doesn’t call for any lemon/lemonade. Is there a mistake in the recipe?
The lemon is in the prohydrate drink. 🙂
Wow those look good – and with the Greek yogurt it is probably a nice low celery snack. I’m sure the pictures don’t do these smoothies justice because they look so good!
