If you’re like millions, you probably made a New Year’s resolution or two at the beginning of 2015. As we near the end of the year, it’s time to reflect on those resolutions and decide if you need to bust a move, or you are at peace with how far you’ve come.

If you’ve been reading the blog for a couple of months, you know, I had incredible success participating in the 21 Day Fix EXTREME. Even better, I’ve used a modified version of the 21 Day Fix to maintain my 10 pound weight loss for several months. I would like to invite you to join a virtual “No Nonsense November” accountability group to encourage and support you, November 1st through November 25th. The goal is to have you experience the upcoming holidays with nothing but pride and confidence.

In addition to daily fitness and nutrition accountability, we will GIVE THANKS {every day} to something/someone in our lives. There is no better way to stay on track than to be held accountable within a small intimate group of people, all focused on the same goals!

We will be:

  • working out 30 minutes each day with a cross training program (21 Day Fix or Fix EXTREME)
  • nourishing our bodies with dense superfood nutrition called Shakeology
  • working together to create meal plans and sharing healthy recipes to stay on track
  • putting a big dent toward our fitness goals well before the New Year arrives!
