Happy weekend, friends!

I realize Cinco de Mayo is Monday, but more importantly, Mother’s Day is a week from today. My family has a tradition, that all the moms in the family go out together and enjoy the day. We always go out to dinner and sometimes we go shopping or see a movie. I love this tradition…. it is such a great time!

I know many of you probably enjoy a Mother’s Day brunch to celebrate your mama or as a reward for being a great mama. And a brunch just isn’t right without muffins, so I figured what better time to do a muffin roundup. Muffins are one of my favorite breakfast/snack foods. There are so many different varieties that I could probably eat one everyday forever and never get bored!
