Healthy High-Protein Wrap Ideas
If you’re like me, you’re always on the lookout for healthy high-protein wrap ideas. I much prefer wraps to the typical sandwich, especially with the new Flatout Flatbread ProteinUP Wraps! There are so many ways to jazz them up and keep things interesting. Go super simple by spreading on some peanut butter and adding sliced banana. Or take them over-the-top with these three healthy high-protein wrap ideas I’m sharing, today!
Let’s start with the first and most important meal of the day- breakfast. There are a myriad of breakfast meals that can be prepared with Flatout ProteinUP Wraps, from simple egg burritos to this scrumptious Cinnamon French Toast Wrap.
I’m a huge fan of sweet breakfast meals, so this French Toast Wrap is right up my alley. I used a filling of blueberries and peanut butter, but you can easily change it up and use strawberries and Greek yogurt. This breakfast wrap will definitely keep you full till lunch. Each ProteinUP Flatbread has 12-15 grams of protein (from beans not protein isolates) and only 8-10 grams net carbs (more than two eggs!). Get the recipe for the Cinnamon French Toast Wrap by clicking here.
This next wrap recipe is great for breakfast, but it also works as a lunch or breakfast for dinner meal. What’s even better, these Sweet Potato Breakfast Burritos can be made ahead of time and frozen for a quick and easy grab-n-go meal.
ProteinUP Flatbreads come in 3 yummilicious varieties-
- Core 12: Flatout’s original wrap recipe, made with chickpeas.
- Red Pepper Hummus: powered by chickpeas.
- Sea salt & crushed black pepper: brought to you by navy beans.

Last, but definitely not least is my very favorite tuna salad recipe- Chopped Southwestern Tuna Salad served wrap style. This tuna salad is colorful, flavorful and slightly addicting…. just slightly! Ha!
This tuna salad is made with many of my favorite foods- avocado, tomato, Greek yogurt, romaine, black olives and much more! Get the recipe for my Chopped Southwestern Tuna Salad, here.
