Can I get a big whoop whoop for Friday?!?! I’m so ready for the weekend and a three day weekend at that. Yippee! I don’t have anything too exciting planned, but I will enjoy relaxing and taking care of things that need to be done.

As I mentioned here and here, my goal for January is to drink one green smoothie every day. I’ve done really great and I’ve only missed one day because I ran out of spinach. So far, I’ve made the exact some smoothie everyday and, although delicious, I’m getting a bit bored with it. To spice things up a bit I’ve been all over the blog world searching for yummy, healthy smoothies that I can recreate to keep this challenge going right on through January and perhaps beyond.
