Best Damn Salsa Ever | “I’ve made this salsa several times this summer and my whole family loves it! Thanks for the awesome recipe!” -Tiffany
Banana Oat Blender Pancakes | “I love these pancakes!!! I’ve been making them for a few months now, and my picky toddler LOVES them too! I made them today, and didn’t have eggs so I used 2 tbsp of chia seeds mixed with 2/3 cup of water, as a replacement and the pancakes turned out really great!! And they were a good vegan option 🙂 they were a bit thicker than when I use eggs so I just add some more almond milk and whala! Thanks so much for the great recipe!” -Kimberly
Best Ever Vegan Quinoa Chili | “My family loved this. They are not quinoa fans, but they loved the flavor of this and did not even notice the quinoa. Turned out great.” -Andrea
Low Carb Protein Waffles | “My go-to low carb breakfast recipe! Love these!” -Kim

Skinny Chicken Tortilla Soup | “I made the Skinny Chicken Tortilla Soup and it is absolutely my new favorite. I also added black beans and corn. It was so good. Today I made a Vegetable Soup using the same recipe. Thank you so much for the recipe.” -Pat
Pumpkin Oatmeal Muffins | “A friend just shared this recipe with me yesterday. They are SO delicious and versatile. I filled my Fall, pumpkin cravings and so healthy, too. An extra bonus! Thank you!” -Rachel
Gluten Free Banana Oat Waffles | “This is an excellent recipe and has become my ‘go to’. You feel satiated after eating but not yucky full. The banana helps give some nutritional base so you’re not hungry in a half hour after just eating carbs. I’ve subbed a plantain for the banana and and added cardamom & it’s been great. I’ve also used a mix of other flours instead of the oat and it’s been excellent (blue corn, sorghum, millet) as well. The recipe is great as is and is also able to be successfully tinkered with.” -Jen
Flourless Banana Apple Muffins | “Thank you for a great recipe! My picky teen thought these were great – that’s high praise! I love having another healthy muffin to add to the breakfast rotation!” -Theresa
Clean Eating Mexican Taco Meat |”I make these all the time! Thanks so much for a great recipe.” -Jenn
