Best of Kim’s Cravings 2015
At the end of every year I always like to round up the most popular recipes and posts from the last 12 months. It’s so fun to see what everyone loved, what went nuts on Pinterest, and what people made from Kim’s Cravings.
2015 was an exceptional year, personally and professionally, for me. Two favorite events- a super fun vacation to South Beach, Florida and, of course, highlight of the year was gaining a beautiful grandson. Additionally, the blog got a major facelift and new name this past summer. I can’t even believe the growth of Kim’s Cravings! I’m so excited to see where 2016 will take us!
I’ve included three mini roundups in this “best of” post. The first is the top 10 overall most viewed posts in 2015. This list includes posts from 2013, 2014 and 2015. I have to say, you guys know what’s going on! All of the recipes in the top 10 are awesome. We make that salsa recipe multiple times a year and can’t get enough!

“I’ve never made salsa before but wanted to after I got some tomatoes from a family member. I just did a search on pinterest and this one came up. I made it today and you’re right, it’s the best damn salsa ever!!! My kids, who are little (6, 4 and 2), could not stop eating it. I had to share with a neighbor and she said it’s the best one she’s tried. Thank you! This is my new go to recipe for salsa!”- Becky

“Just have to let you know that this was wonderful! I am gluten-free and egg-free so I used Pamela’s Pancake mix and left out the baking powder – WONDERFUL! The taste was great and so so easy. I had some leftover powdered sugar frosting so I put a dollop of that on top when it was still warm. JUST LIKE A CINNAMON ROLL.”- Ashley
“Just made it this afternoon, unfortunately without celery but this was sooooo good on two slices of Spelt bread! Can’t wait for lunch tomorrow, and with celery this must be even better.”- Madeline
“I am currently obsessed with these pancakes! They are not dry and cakey! They are moist and light! My recipe is a little different. I add 2 tsp of baking powder, use 1 1/4 cup of oat flour, a pinch of salt, and a TBS of raw honey! They are soooooo good!”- Liz
