Happy Friday, friends!

I hope all of you have a wonderful restful weekend planned. I’ll be preparing for my trip to Miami (coming in exactly one week from today, but who’s counting??!!) Eeeeek!

If you’re a regular reader, than you know I’m currently following the 21 Day Fix EXTREME meal and workout plan. I’ve tried to keep most of that talk off of the blog because I want Kim’s Cravings to be focused on mostly easy, nutritious, yummy foods for the family. However, if you’re here reading, you’re probably into fitness and nutrition, so I figure many of you may be interested in a VERY cool fitness and nutrition plan. If you’re not, head over to the recipe index and definitely come back on Sunday. The recipe I’m planning to post, Sunday, is knock your socks off delicious!

Oh my- enough rambling, let’s get to the point. Anyway, I’m having GREAT results on the 21 Day Fix EXTREME! I want to continue following the plan up until I leave for Miami and then I will give you guys an update on my results- next week or maybe when I arrive back home from my trip.

The workouts on the 21 Day Fix EXTREME are great, but I feel like it’s the dialing in of my nutrition and really focusing on portion control that has helped me be most successful. I’m accustomed to challenging workouts, so this was really nothing different than what I normally do on a day-to-day basis. It’s in the kitchen where I needed the help. You know what they say- abs are made in the kitchen. It’s so true, people!

21 Day Nutrition and Detox Group

I really wanted to pop in, today, to share some VERY exciting news with you guys. My Beachbody coach, Jennifer, which by the way she’s fabulous, and I are hosting a challenge group!!! This will be a 21 Day Nutrition and Detox Group!

21 Day Nutrition & Detox Group

This will be my first challenge group to co-host, but Jennifer is very experienced and has wealth of knowledge when it comes to Beachbody nutrition and fitness programs. Her last group reported weight loss of 4-16 pounds in 21 days! And, even more importantly, they created healthy habits to help sustain their weight loss.

We will go back to basics- starting and ending the 21 days with a three-day cleanse. Over the course of the 21 days, we will review general nutrition, macronutrition, proper hydration, add natural detox elements into our daily routine and MUCH more.

The private virtual challenge group will start on August 3rd. This will be the perfect time to recoup from all of those summer vacations and splurges! Contact me (kimscraving@gmail.com) and I can give you more specific details, but I will tell you that a private Facebook page will be set up, where we can all support each other. There will be two different ways to go about the cleansing and detoxing (detailed below); which will require a purchase before July 31st.
