A Delightful Breakfast with Jimmy Dean!
Good morning, lovely people! You guys know how much I love breakfast and I’ve been enjoying a really easy delightful one, lately. Surprisingly, my picky kiddos have been enjoying this breakfast too!
When my mornings get crazy busy… and who am I kidding, they’re always crazy busy… these Jimmy Dean Delights Breakfast Sandwiches have been a savior. I pop a couple in the microwave for each of us and voilà…. in less than 5 minutes, a tasty satisfying breakfast on the way to school.
If I’m eating my breakfast sandwich on the way to work, I pair it with an apple or a banana. But if I’m enjoying a leisurely breakfast at home, I love to load up on plenty of fresh fruit. Oh, and coffee. There’s always the coffee!
These are not your average breakfast sandwich. Jimmy Dean Delights Breakfast Sandwiches are a great low-calorie option with plenty of protein to keep you going right up until lunchtime. I tried three different Delights varieties:
- Bacon, egg and cheese on a honey wheat flatbread
- Egg white with spinach and mozzarella on a honey wheat flatbread
- Turkey sausage, egg white and cheese on a croissant
I loved all of the breakfast sandwich varieties that I tried. The spinach mozzarella one was probably my favorite. Of course, my kiddos were all over the turkey sausage one on a croissant. There are actually six other healthy breakfast sandwich choices from Jimmy Dean, that can be found at your local Wal-Mart; all with less than 300 calories.
