21 Day Fix EXTREME Results
Hello to all of my fit, food-lovin’ friends! I guess I’m finally starting to get over the “end-of-vacation” blues. Honestly, of all of the vacations I’ve been on, this one to South Beach, Miami and Key West was my very favorite. Between the gorgeous beaches, a swim with dolphins and an awesome snuba experience- it was pretty much the vacation of a lifetime. I want to share more information and pictures from my trip, but more on that later. Let’s talk about my 21 Day Fix EXTREME Results!
When I started the program, I gave a full summary of the 21 Day Fix EXTREME, so I won’t rehash all of that here. I also posted about my eats on the 21 Day Fix EXTREME twice, once looking at the countdown to competition meal plan and then once on a normal 21 Day Fix EXTREME meal plan day.
I will start off by sharing that when I started the program, I was weight training with some running, 5 days a week. I was eating healthy, but not with much moderation. I didn’t have much weight to lose, and I was mainly looking to lose a few pounds, tone up and let these muscles I’ve been working so hard for, shine through. For as much time I was spending lifting weights, I wasn’t seeing the results I wanted due (I think) mostly to my eating. You know what they say- abs are made in the kitchen. That is SO true! I fully believe if you clean up your diet, you will most certainly get results. It’s just way harder than it sounds….
So… YIKES! I’m sorry, but I’m just not up to posting before pictures. I took them, but I can’t work up the nerve to post. 🙂 I was not overweight, I just had a little extra thickness and bloat that seriously needed to take a hike. And it did! I didn’t take my measurements, but my weight went from 126 to 119 and feel like I definitely have a little definition in the ab area. Since coming back from my vacation, I’m sitting at about 120-121. I’ve started round #2 of the 21 Day Fix EXTREME and I’m excited to see even more results in the coming weeks. Below are a few vacation (after) pictures.
I can’t even tell you how many times, during my vacation, I thought about how happy I was that I went through with the 21 Day Fix EXTREME. I felt so much better about the way I looked and had way more confidence hanging out in a bikini. Check out the below pic of me, Madelyn and LeAnn Rimes!! She was staying in the same hotel and was super sweet!
I think it’s pretty obvious I’m totally happy with my results and I think the 21 Day Fix EXTREME is an awesome program. Along with the Shakeology, the 21 Day Fix EXTREME meal plan and workouts are where it’s at!!!
