Fudgy Protein Brownies {gluten-free & vegan}
These flourless Fudgy Protein Brownies are gluten-free, vegan and made with simple wholesome ingredients. This yumminess was created especially for those of you who want to feel clean and lean and still enjoy soft, rich, fudgy, melt in your mouth deliciousness.
I don’t know many people who don’t love a delicious chocolatey brownie. If I were to say I had a “vice” it would probably be brownies (or donuts – tough call).
While I do love my lunch lady brownies, usually I’d prefer a treat that’s not quite so indulgent. If you feel the same, this recipe is for you!
These brownies are so simple, requiring just 4 ingredients and they can be whipped up easily in your blender or food processor. They’re also naturally sweetened by overripe bananas and my favorite chocolate protein powder – Clean Lean Nuzest.

Fudgy Protein Brownies
Ingredients
- 3 medium extra ripe bananas, mashed
- 2 scoops (about 25g) Nuzest Rich Chocolate Protein Powder
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup almond butter or other favorite nut/seed butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a small loaf pan with parchment paper or spray with non-stick cooking spray and set aside.
- In a blender or food processor, combine all ingredients until smooth.
- Pour mixture into pan and bake for 20-25 minutes and until cooked through.
- Allow brownies to cool completely before slicing into pieces. Enjoy!
