Hi friends! Hope you all had a marvelous New Year’s Eve celebration, whether you were hanging out at home or partying out on the town! I’ve been enjoying all of the “best of 2015” posts and hopefully you caught my very own roundup of the most popular posts from Kim’s Cravings. I thought it would also be fun to roundup my favorite Stitch Fix outfits from this past year.
I can honestly say subscribing to Stitch Fix, this past May, has definitely changed the way that I dress, for the better. It was a decision that I went back and forth with for quite some time and now I kick myself for not taking the plunge sooner. It is so fun getting surprises dropped off every month on my doorstep, opening my boxes and trying everything on in my own home before deciding which pieces to keep. It’s also SO convenient that I don’t have to take a trip to the mall to be able to shop for and try clothes on (especially with my crazy busy life)!
If you need an explanation of what Stitch Fix is, click on my first Stitch Fix review and I go into detail on exactly how everything works. If you’re a Stitch Fix subscriber, but haven’t been getting the best fixes, read my post on getting the most out of Stitch Fix. My Personal Favorite Stitch Fix Looks from 2015
Let’s start with my first stitch fix post in May. I received the earrings seen above and wear them at least once a week, if not more. They’re simple, but so cute. I love dangly earrings that aren’t too blingy. The other favorite item from this fix was a pair of Kensie ankle biter skinny jeans ($88). I loved them so much that I went on Amazon and bought 3 other pairs in different colors. I wear these all of the time- they’re perfect with tall riding or Hunter boots. Most are $88, but I found a couple pairs on sale for $68.
Stitch Fix #2 wasn’t my favorite. Probably, because my personal stylist, Tiff, wasn’t on board. I only kept two blouses from this fix- I do love them both, though. This Sami Cut-Out Detail Blouse ($48) is very colorful and perfect for summer months.
Stitch Fix #3 wasn’t a favorite either and I only kept this one dress. It’s the same one from above that was pinned by Stitch Fix. I did love the Marci Dress ($78) and even wore it on vacation in Miami. Oh and there are those earrings again. I told you, I wear them all of the time!!
For Stitch Fix #4, I requested Tiff, the stylist that worked on my first fix and it’s all been uphill from there. One of my most adored items from Stitch Fix was this Renee C Shelton Split Back Top ($48). The fit of this blouse is super flattering and the detail is unique and fun.
Stitch Fix #5 was a great one! It’s really hard for me to pick just one item- this was one of my favorite fixes ever and I absolutely LOVED everything! The Maritzia Scoop Neck Blouse ($48) is so cute and I always receive tons of compliments when I wear it.
Things just keep getting better! Stitch Fix #6 was just as good as #5! I love the Margerie Stripe and Dot Open Cardigan ($68) because it’s super comfortable, has a flattering fit and it’s reversible!
I tried a Periscope video for the unboxing of my October Fix. Not so sure about that, anyway, it was another keep everything shipment. Woohoo! I’m so glad to have the Pierina Textured Colorblock Peacoat ($108). I had really needed a dressier jacket.
Tiff knocked it out of the park again with my November shipment! The open cardigan, I wear all of the time and the Colibri Plaid Printed Tab-Sleeve Shirt ($48), I’ve worn so many times it’s almost embarrassing. It’s comfortable, has a flattering fit and looked pretty festive for the holidays.
Last, but not least, my Stitch Fix from December was awesome! Even though there were a couple of duds, I absolutely cannot say enough good things about the Ivy Striped Tab-Sleeve V-Neck Blouse ($68) and the Kay Skinny Jeans ($88). This shirt, too, I’ve worn so many times because of the comfortable fit and I really like the green color. Also, green and Christmastime just go together!
I absolutely CANNOT wait to see what my 2016 boxes have in store for me!! I received my January box, yesterday, and it was a total winner- one of my favorites so far! I’ll be reviewing it in the next week or so.
Even though the holiday season is over, keep Stitch Fix gift cards in mind for your favorite fashionista as birthdays, mother’s day and other celebrations pop up throughout the year. Both my sister and oldest daughter received gift cards and they are super stoked awaiting their shipments. I’m crossing my fingers that they both get awesome boxes! *Just talked with my daughter, she received her shipment today and loved EVERYTHING! Yay!
