Cherry Almond Crumble (vegan, gluten-free, & paleo)

TGIF!!! You guys just do not even know how happy I am that it’s Friday. I’m writing this post up on Thursday evening {about 6} and I’m so tired, I could seriously crawl in bed right now. It’s been a really long and not very fun week. No need to dwell on the negative, though. Help me focus on the positive…. IT’S FRIDAY!!!!!!! And I have an extremely delicious recipe for you; that you’re definitely going to love!

Cherry Almond Crumble {vegan, gluten-free, and paleo}

Remember last week when I was going cherry crazy? I’ve shared the Cherry Plantain Almond Bread aka the best bread ever, the Cherry Creamsicles and today I’m sharing the last of my cherry creations….. Cherry Almond Crumble. You guys are going to love this recipe and it’s vegan, gluten-free and paleo.

    Love the cherry, almond, and coconut combo! Can you believe that I’ve only had cherries on a few occasions this year? Lately I’ve been all about the peaches and berries. And sorry to hear about the crazy week, girl. I can definitely relate, and couldn’t be happier that it’s finally Friday! #happydance

    I love cherries! The last time I was at jungle jims they had big things of them on sale. I think I ate through the entire carton of them in less than two days. I have had the coconut cherry combination in smoothies and loved it so I’m sure it would be excellent in this crumble! Hope you have a good weekend!
