Happy beautiful Friday to ya!

Breakfast this morning was quick and delicious. I’ve been craving waffles like crazy, so this morning I used my Kodiak cake mix and adapted it just a bit to include my favorite Fall food……pumpkin. You can get the Kodiak cake mix at Target and if you’ll click on the link you can see my review of the stuff plus the nutritional info.

I used one serving (1/3 cup) of the mix, 1/3 cup of pumpkin puree, 1/3 cup water and 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice all stirred together for my giant Belgium waffle. And topped it with almond butter & maple syrup…..yum!

How about a little……

Purely Twins are purely genuis! This cake looks amazing! It’s vegan and made from all “real” good-for-you ingredients. I can’t wait to try the frosting; which is made out of soaked cashews and {my favorite} coconut butter. I’m thinking about making this brownie cookie dough cake on Halloween for an extra special treat for the kiddos.

I think my fellow food blogger friends will appreciate this. Shit foodies say……sad, but true! 😉

I used to snack on microwavable popcorn all of the time, until it came out that the inside of the bags carried potentially harmful chemicals. Well, here’s a solution to that.

I challenge you to not let this song get stuck in your head. Super catchy and cute!

Love this post from Shut Up and Run blogger, Beth! Let’s go for a run!!

I’m going to be giving this workout a try after work. I hope it’s not too spooky! If you would like a printable or pinable option visit

Hope you guys enjoy these links and if I missed something that you thought was great feel free to share with a comment!

I bought a waffle maker over a year ago and have yet to use it. I constantly make paleo pancakes…but why haven’t I made waffles? Thanks for this. I’m going to go dust off the ole’ waffle maker.
